Question: I completed a survey and then clicked on the Download button but my download did not begin.  Why?

Answer: Make sure that your internet settings allow popups for Ebooked.org.  The download action functions as a popup so if you have a popup blocker installed then you are blocking the download of the ebook.

Question: I'm an ebook author and I registered on your site but I never received my activation email, how come?

Answer: Activation emails are usually sent within 2-3 minutes from when you register.  Please check your spam folder to make sure the activation email did not get moved there.  If you are still having troubles please contact us.

Question: I completed a survey and download an ebook.  I went to download another ebook but I need to complete another survey.  Why is this?

Answer: When you complete a survey you are then able to download that single ebook.  For each ebook you want to download you must complete a survey.
