By entering the Ebooked.org site and using the site you do so of your own free will.  You cannot hold Ebooked.org or its owner liable for any occurence that may happen while you are on Ebooked.org.  If you are uploading books to Ebooked.org you are doing so by your own free will.  You are agreeing to the fact that you are the proper author and owner of the ebook.  By uploading ebooks to Ebooked.org you assume all legal liabilities if you break someone's trademark, copyright, distribution rights, intellectual property, or plagairize their work.  Ebooked.org holds no liability if you upload an ebook that is not yours.  If Ebooked.org is contacted by someone claiming to be the author of an ebook that you uploaded onto our site and we review their claim and find it to be true, Ebooked.org will comply if they request to have the ebook removed from Ebooked.org.  Any person who is found to upload material not authored/owned by them will have their account banned.  When you upload your ebook to Ebooked.org you are granting Ebooked.org full distribution rights for your ebook in perpetuity (even if your account becomes banned in the future).  You acknowledge that Ebooked.org will never compensate you ever for uploading your ebook onto Ebooked.org.  Once your ebook is uploaded to Ebooked.org it becomes property of Ebooked.org.  If you decide in the future you want your ebook removed from Ebooked.org you can contact us to make this request, but it fully up to the Ebooked.org team's discretion if they will accept your request.
