By posting your ebook on Ebooked.org you are hereby granting Ebooked.org full distribution rights of your ebook on this site.  These distribution rights will remain in perpetuity even if your account becomes banned due to a violation. 

Rules of Eligibility for Authors:

Any violation of the below rules will result in your account on Ebooked.org being banned.  We will still distribute your ebook and your gateway code will be replaced with the Ebooked.org gateway code so you will cease to receive any traffic to your gateway commission offers.  Please adhere to the rules.

1.  By posting an ebook on Ebooked.org you are stating that you are either the owner of the ebook or you have full distribution rights.  If it is discovered that you are not the owner or the ebook nor do you have full distribution rights Ebooked.org your account will be banned. 

2.  Your gateway code must be from either Adscend Media or CPALead.  Your gateway code must require the visitor to complete ONLY 1 survey and that survey MUST be free for them to complete.  Any violation of these terms and your account will become banned.

3.  Ebooks that contain pornography, copyrighted items, or relate to guns or drugs are not permitted on Ebooked.org.  Any violation will result in your account being banned.

4.  You may not artificially inflate the view count of your uploaded ebooks.  This includes but is not limited to clicking on your ebook description multiple times, requesting others to click on your ebook description, or using a bot to click on your description.  Violating this term will result in your account being banned.

Ebooked.org reserves the right to ad additional rules to this Disclaimer section should we identify any new rules that are necessary in the future.

Site Disclaimer: 

Ebooked.org allows ebook publishers to upload their works onto the site.  Ebooked.org tries to verify that each publisher is the author of the ebook that he/she is uploading.  This verification process is done to the best of our abilities.  In the event that an ebook is uploaded to our site which is not the property of the person uploading the ebook please visit the 'Contact Us' page and send us an email to notify us of this instance.  We will investigate and if we determine that the ebook uploaded was not the uploader's work then we will remove the ebook from our site and ban the user who uploaded the ebook.
